Ashford Formula is a colourless, odorless liquid which, when applied to new or existing concrete, densifies concrete surfaces for unmatched protection and performance. Ashford Formula SEALS, HARDENS and DUSTPROOF'S concrete surfaces to prevent damage from heavy foot traffic, heavy industrial forklift traffic and surface contamination.

Ashford Formula penetrates and reacts chemically with the concrete creating a hard, dense wearing surface. During this reaction, Ashford Formula fills the pores of the concrete, densifying the surface into an essentially solid mass increasing the compressive strength of the concrete, reducing its permeability and increasing its abrasion resistance.

With a single flood coat application, the floors surface becomes a permanent, solid mass. After a few months, floor surfaces develop a permanent, glossy finish that constantly improves with normal floor scrubbing. Unlike urethanes, acrylics or other surface applied coatings, Ashford Formula penetrates to become a permanent, integral part of the concrete surface and will not peel, delaminate or wear off.
