Please report any concerns or problems with equipment to Ono through his phone extension #120 at the office. Messages can be left 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All employees are reminded that they are not to perform any work with equipment that is unsafe at any time.

Everyone is reminded to review the field work instructions which apply to every task you perform for the company. These instructions are updated regularly and explain the correct methods to perform your work and highlight areas where we have observed problems in the past.
