What We Did: 
– Installed Masterseal 2500 traffic coating system inside two parking garages. The parking stalls are a safety yellow   and the drive lanes and ramps are light grey.
– Foundation waterproofing
– Ground floor deck waterproofing
– Roofing and metal flashing at 3 towers
– Miscellaneous waterproofing, pedestrian coatings

Challenges: Traffic Coatings are usually one color. In this exciting project, every floor was a different shade of yellow. Special attention to detail and care was taken at ramp transitions where the shades merged.
