• Complete upgrade of existing men’s and women’s washrooms
• Creation of a new universal barrier-free washroom
• Upgrade of finishes in the Senior’s Room and the Multi-Purpose Room
• New windows
• New automatic sliding door in the interior of the facility
• Replacement of existing roof and metal wall cladding
• Replacement ladder for roof access
• Painting throughout the interior of the facility
• Lighting replacement
• Mechanical and electrical upgrades to support the scope of work
