Where: 400 Greenwood Avenue

What We Did: This was a multi-faceted restoration project that included reinforcement of the structural steel, flat roof removal and replacement, as well as installation of masonry, HVAC system, plumbing and raised gas line. Lead abatement of old lead-containing paint was required throughout this project.

Challenges: At times our crews were dealing with limited work space and laydown area. Due to the many works required and time constraints, effective delivery scheduling was required on Duron’s part. As a result of efficient collaboration by all parties, the scope of work was finished on time.
