What We Did:

• Installed new Roofing System
• Installed Fall Arrest System, Heat Tracing Cables, Guardrails, Scupper, Rainwater Leader Pavers
• Installed new HVAC System
• Installed new concrete slab on grade and new firestopping
• Installed new Ceiling Support System, new lighting
• Replaced wall tiles and signage panels

Challenges: The work required us to erect scaffolding across Allen Road. Strong focus on safety and the public as the bus loop was temporarily closed.
